Our in-person venue meeting approximately four weeks before your wedding allows us to walk through the day together. We discuss logistics, layouts, timing, family dynamics, vendor details, and all of the little moments that make your celebration uniquely yours.
As guests begin arriving, we are welcoming vendors, answering questions, lining up the wedding party, coordinating with your officiant and musicians, placing final touches, and ensuring everyone is exactly where they need to be. While you're spending meaningful time with the people you love most, we are quietly managing the details behind the scenes so that when it is finally time to walk down the aisle, all you have to focus on is the moment in front of you.
